About Peyton Films

Peyton Films is an indy film production company run by student filmmaker Alex Peyton.

Alex Peyton, a high school student who will graduate in 2025, has been making films since he was five years old, starting with a short horror home movie titled What's in the Basement? As Alex continued to follow his passion by messing around with cameras and iMovie, he found his voice in making horror movies. Since then, he has expanded his technological resources. Alex continues to widen his portfolio and perspective of films, both as a viewer and a creator.

Alex is currently working to apply to film schools with the hopes of studying screenwriting, directing, cinematography, and film studies. In high school, he has taken multiple film classes and a photography class and will be a TA for both the Making Movies Advanced class and the Digital Art & Photography class.
